IMPORTANT:
Instructors will assume that you have WARMED UP BEFORE the workshop. Please do your own warm-up beforehand or come along to the 1/2 hour complimentary warm up sessions in the studios before your workshop.

HOW TO GET THERE:

BUS:
Take routes L20 or 520 from Circular Quay to the Parramatta Bus interchange/Train station.

TRAIN:
Parramatta is linked from all directions of Sydney by train. Catch the Western line direct from Wynyard, Town Hall or Central. If travelling on Northern or Southern lines change at Strathfield. Exit from Darcy Street, turn right into Church Street and follow it up to the Sicilian Restaurant (studios are above) or a little further on to the theatre, which is situated on the other side of the Lennox Bridge. The dance studios are approximately a 5-minute walk and the Riverside Theatre is approximately an 8-minute walk from the train station.

PARKING: (Please note this is a PAID parking area)

• The closest multi-level car park to the dance studio and the Riverside Theatre is the Erby Place car park, situated behind the Sicilian Restaurant in Erby Place. This is opposite the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Phillip Street.
  
• Please note that street level parking is available throughout Parramatta. Most parking spaces are metered.
  

WORKSHOP COSTS:
$55, $75, and $135. See instructor profiles for specific costs. Costs vary per workshop, so please double check before you make a booking.

WHAT TO BRING:
Water, pen and paper, comfortable clothing, and a veil, stick and zills just in case.

ON THE DAY:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to register at the door.

WORKSHOP LEVELS:
Please note that this is only a guide- all workshops are open to any level.

• Beginners: For students with little-to-no experience in Belly Dance.
• Beyond Beginners: For students who have mastered and are confident with the basic movement, and prop techniques used in Belly Dance.
• Intermediate: For students who have almost perfect technique and are confident with the majority of props used in Belly Dance.
• Advanced: For professional Belly Dancers and Teachers.

PHOTOGRAPHY:
Use of video, digital and mobile phone recorders is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the workshops. Still photographs may be taken at the END OF THE CLASS only.

CHILDREN:
Children are welcome as workshop participants ONLY. They will not be admitted to workshops under any other circumstances so please make childcare arrangements. Please note that there are no child concessions offered.
